Hi! I'm a garlic.

I've been told not to get ahead of myself, so I want to be upfront that I have absolutely started packing my suitcase.

My plan for your house: sit on the couch. Get squeezed. Sit on the couch again. Occasionally get moved to a comfy chair. I don’t want to overcomplicate it, but I’ve thought about this a lot.

So just saying: I'm soft. I'm the correct size for holding. I have never been involved in anything stressful in my life. People who meet me hug me and tear off a clove within about four seconds, and it brings them great joy, which I encourage.

Apparently Friday is the last day anyone can ever order one of me. I'm told this is significant. I'm told there is a spreadsheet.

I've been sitting in a bowl for three weeks and it's been great. And if you miss the deadline I’ll just stay here, which is fine, but I have packed, so…
